I don’t even know where to begin on this issue, and how amazing it is. I love Daredevil, I consider him my favorite Marvel Hero/Character, along with Ororo T’Challa. I have to say Andy Diggle you only impress me more and more, and even though you’re the 5th writer for the series, beginning with issue #501 and on. Daredevil has grown  a new complex story, thrilling and exciting twists of events, and a mind blowing world, and I just love it. I think it’s absolutely necessary for Daredevil to be going through all of these event.  Why? Well you’ll have to find out. It’s an amazing experience, and a heck of an ass kicking ride. This issue of Daredevil: The man without fear! Issue #504 is just absolutely terrific.

The storyline is terrific in this comic series, Andy Diggle does such an excellent job with the plots from what he was given by the previous writer, Brian Michael Bendis. Diggle has put Daredevil in this new Dark, and unfamiliarized world of Assassination and Leader of  The Hand. There’s also two world you will feel separation in the issue. One is the World of Daredevil and The Hand, while the other is with Foggy, and Dakota. This separation is not bad, but good because it shows how much Murdock has changed either for good or for bad. Either way it puts a new perspective on what is going on.

Other than the writing and the story plot, one thing that really amuses me is the art work. I have to say that it is amazing, I love the way it   looks and feels, just the aura of the artwork itself is complimentary to the storyline. They are very dark, with high amounts on shadows, and  having a lot of shadows makes the comic issues a lot more darker. one thing I noticed was that Roberto de la Torre does a fantastic job on creating the right position or amount of shadow for each character, especially in crucial scenes. For example, Daredevil is seen with a lot of shadows, possibly could mean that Murdock is falling into the wrong “Hand”. Daredevil’s army has a unique design, and I am satisfied with De La Torre’s character design. They look simple, agile, dark, strong, and play a major part in making Murdock’s character more bad ass.  The Ninjas are drawn with horns, obviously because Daredevil is their leader now, but I feel like there is more than that, you could sense their highest respects to Daredevil, accepting them to be their leader at all costs.

Now I can’t forget about the Kingpin, De La Torre makes a wise choice to reverting Kingpin to his classic look. It’s an excellent choice because Kingpin looks a lot tougher, as finally looks like an organized criminal. Other than the shadows Torre does an excellent job in keeping The Daredevil series as dark as possible. Some other ways that he did this was through having a grainy look.

**SPOILERS AHEAD!**

Matt Murdock’s persona is getting dark, and he’s getting real dark fast. He has an army of Ninjas, and he’s using them as much as possible now. Murdock is becoming something new, he doesn’t realize it because his mind set is slowly retreating, trying to block himself out from everything. The poor guy has been through so much, His lose with his wife, Milla, and he’s drifting apart from his friends. Things are looking to be only getting worse for Murdock. Since he’s trying to save the Hand, and try to change it for the greater good, or what not. It’s really something to see a man get beaten down but society, and locks himself away from everyone else.

Not only do you see Murdock loosing himself, but he has taken it upon himself to take back New York, and get rid of Osborn. To do that Daredevil is using the Hand to take over Hell’s Kitchen once again. Seeing this getting accomplished will be a rough ride from him, while it’s an amazing adventure for us.  Although seeing him trying to take over Hell’s Kitchen would mean you can’t forget his ol’ buddies Bullseye (atm Hawkeye), Osborn, and Kingpin. These two seem to be working hard to take down Daredevil either from the inside out, or by force. It’s almost like a battle royal!

**SPOILERS END**

I can’t wait till the next issue, I’m pretty sure it’s going to be just as amazing, or even better.

Score: 9.0
